I have multiple vi numbers.. i can't recharge them all..when I am not using it even..so that'swhy I want to know if anyone know how to receive OTP/sms

hmm strange, i am able to receive OTPs on my VI number without any recharge(last recharge was done around 18 months ago), so i guess VI does allow OTPs if they are from transactional route.
