I've indusind platinum Plus Debit Card.
How to redeem the rewards in cash/az/fk gv??
Net banking always throws up error "cannot process request"
Mobile app always give same error..
Indus moments can't see gift cards/cash redeem option!

It will work on the app, the error is there some times of the day, try now or early in the day it will work

Indus moments have cash redeem option, I redeemed last month for aura edge credit card

there should a credit to statement option. otherwise, try calling customer care.
