Not sure but I guess some sort of transfer via cryptocurrency. First need to know which payment methods are available if it is a merchant txn but if it is personal txn then crypto seems the best option.

every inward remittance in china goes to the mss.anyways use wise or there is a russian app which takes inr from you and then pay china account via rubles. that is the cheapest,forgot its name.
