I am trying IVR but no option to talk to customer care

They do not budge at all, tried.

I think its easy to : close card and apply c2c later (use card with highest limit)

Last I know they stopped doing that after jan/ march 2023. I had tried this in August, CS didn't do. Neither did mailing/ Tweeting help me.

Only way seemed LE. Also if asked for LE they ask for loads of documents, which even if you give is not a confirmation for LE.

Also they ask to wait for few months before asking for LE.

Credit Limit : We wish to inform you that as of now we shall be unable to increase the credit limit on your SBI card account.
May we request you to apply for credit limit increase post six months from account opening date.
Please note that increase in credit limit on your SBI Card account is subject to approval, after completion of the necessary formalities and adherence all applicable policies.

I did split my limit last year in Oct with diff SBI ccs, when it was too easy to do.
