How to track source of Amazon Pay gift Card added in my account

Hi Guys,
Today I was browsing Amazon Pay for reward coupons and saw that I had 1000 balance in Amazon Pay. I don’t recall purchasing and wasn’t expecting any such balance in the first place.
How do I track the source of that 1000 Amazon Pay balance?
I can only see the date when it was added and the expiry date (24th September Evening) and 18 digit Gift card iD.

The closest I was expecting 1k in Amazon pay balance was through Citi bank credit card offer which unfortunately was rejected 10 days ago.
*I couldn’t find any menu which would help me track the source and I don’t want to call cc in hopes and lose it 😜, plz help

Yes, but i don’t want to lose. Customer care can be harami, if they sense It doesn’t belong to me, they may revoke.
Another input I guess maybe through spin and wheel I guess, but I didn’t get a single email, SMS or any sort of communication.
If i use all amount and they come to know later, will they make me pay later or take the balance to negative?

Check ur mail. it must be cashback for some order.
U had, means expired ?
If so, it means u aren’t using that acc much.. go through mails in the app.. and see if anything is there.
It was added yesterday evening, I noticed today noon. I still have it. It will expire next year.
That’s my main account, 103 orders placed in the last 3 months. Plus 1000 is a big amount for a cashback. The best I have got in cashback recently is 200 for watches/clothes offer.

Only add and expiry date and 16 digit gift card id for tracking purpose.
