How to transfer sodexo multi benefit card to bank account

I have received some amount in my sodexo multi benefit card from my employer.
Can anyone help to transfer this to bank account/paytm without paying any charges? (Paytm is allowing at 2.36% charges).

Use it to buy groceries from jio mart, big basket or blinkit. There’s no way we can transfer it back to account
