how to unblock payzapp wallet without full kyc?(solution added to deal wiki)

One of my payzapp wallet has been blocked for more than 1 year of inactivity.
It has some balance in wallet which now is locked.
I dont have HDFC account with this number.
Also i do not want to do full kyc.
So whats the way to unblock it to use the balance?

Solution 1
Step1 Login to your Payzapp account
Step2- go to Payzapp card page
Step3- if ur Payzapp card is enabled for online transactions then disable it & re-enable again.
Step4- then follow the on-screen instructions & ur wallet will become active again.

Call Payzapp customer care
Note - these solutions will work only for them who are having problem of wallet blocked due to inactivity for more than 1year.
The solutions won't work if ur Aadhaar-kyc has expired.

Forget the account create a one by other number by or Email payzapp CC & ask them to deregister your mobile number & profile data from their database. This way can create a new payzapp wallet with the same number.
Why 
my payzapp wallet was created and done ekyc with adhaar . Now for 3 years it is in blocked stage and no way to unblock by doing full kyc. full kyc needed hdfc account.
contacted many time but they not closing the wallet
Try once what i am saying-
1)login to ur payzapp account
2)go to payzapp card page
3)there is an option to check for online transactions(if it is enabled, then disable it and then enable again)
4) then follow the on-screen instructions.

Somehow my payzapp is active as full kyc with my credit card account. My bro have hdfc cc but it’s not getting linked to payzapp for full kyc and his account is blocked as kyc is expired
My min- kyc. Got expired, they locked my account, only option available on app was to do full kyc, when click on that it says only valid for hdfc customers.
Called cc , they told the same thing that to reactivate it , i need to open an account with hdfc.
Register complaint in email, then grievance redressal
Unblock my payzpp app
No full kyc possible for non hdfc customers.
