How to upgrade to SBI Platinum International debit card Rupay variant

Hi Guys, I hold a SBI global Visa variant debit card and want to upgrade to SBI Platinum International debit card Rupay variant (https://sbi.co.in/web/personal-banking/cards/de...).
Both in netbanking and yoni app, this variant option is not coming.
Even branch people were unable to apply for this card.
Any idea how to get it.

Thank you response. But these are co branded card. I would like to apply for normal SBI Platinum International debit card with Rupay variant.

check here, apply only through SBI branch tell them to search the card with card code -
IndianOIL RuPay Platinum debit card code - “IRP”
SBI RuPay JCB Platinum debit card code - "RPJ"
