I bought an HP laptop last year. Its still under warrenty. Suddenly type C port stopped working, I lodged a complaint as it was under warranty, an engineer under company named SYSNET came and replaced the mother board. After 1 week, laptop became dead. Laptop was still under warranty, hence I again lodged a complaint on 20th March, again SYSNET was assigned for this problem. An engineer came and verified that mother board issue is there. After that i called SYSNET multiple time, they told that they will come but no one came for changing mother board. I informed HP twice they raised the complaint again, saying they mailed to higher officials. But nothing happened till now.
I wanted to know from dimers, if such issue happenes what can be done. Since 1 month, i am unable to use it. Can i ask for replacement if they are not repairing it?
Thanks

I am in regular contact with Sysnet. They are just saying taht they will send engineer tomorrow, again and again.
Escalate the story on the Social Media and keep budging HP for the solution not SYSNET. They will replace the motherboard only. Very rare chances of the piece to piece replacement.
Yes you can ask for replacement.
Mail them to higher authority and tweet to hp and tag consumer affairs Twitter handle jaago grahak
Go to Service Centers Physically and Submit your LAPTOP, If they deny start recording a Video and Post it on Social Platform.
