HRX ignoring on warranty/support - Cyclist here
Hello guys, I needed your suggestions so as to proceed against HRX brand for not giving any support/service while in warranty.
I purchased a Cycle on Flipkart in April 2022, and in May 2023 the cycle broke into two pieces from the middle while on a busy road, I was not at the extreme left, but thankfully no major vehicle was close to me. They have 2 years warranty on the frame (that broke) and this is without any accident or damage. It automatically gave up. I emailed their official mail ID [email protected] (Support backed by Flipkart) and also called and emailed multiple times. I twice got a call from FK stating they will pick up and refund the entire 13499 but pickup never happened (although it was scheduled twice) Contacted them on Twitter and tagged HRX Flipkart too but they are just ignoring me. Wrote to the Grievance dept at HRX too. Raised complaint in National Consumer helpline where twice FK closed stating we are picking up. NCH suggested I proceed with EDaakhil (higher portal of the consumer department with all evidence) Please suggest to me what to do because I do not feel good without cycling every day (Avg monthly ride 350-600 km) Raised 2 tickets with HRX where they are just saying revert in 72 hrs, 48 hrs etc.
Your suggestions are important to me.

Indeed. Made tons of calls and mails. Nothing helps. NCH portal is also allowing the company to close complaints on its own
yes mine also the front fork is crumpled
