HSBC replaced smart value credit card to cash back without asking

Hi!
Recently I received a parcel from HSBC when I opened I have found cash back credit card. I did not request, but so far I did not activate it. When I called customer care they have taken complaint.
Now what happens? I want my old card as it's life time free compared to cash back which has 999 charges. Please share any suggestion.

Ask them to convert it to LTF then only I will accept.

Customer care updated that they discontinued all card except platinum and cash back so they are replacing all customers. They are asking to switch platinum if I want free instead cash back ltf.
