Most of you might be already aware of this method, converting HSBC Reward Points to Taj Inner Circle points is the one of most beneficial reward redemption method for HSBC
Taj Inner Circle Points is nothing but the Tata Neu coins now after the integration, which can be redeemed at 1MG, Croma, BB etc basically where ever Tata Neu coins are accepted
The only drawback is Reward points can be redeemed in multiple's of 1000
1000 reward points = 1000 Tata Neu coins for Classic, Gold, Platinum and Premier Credit Cards.
1000 reward points = 500 for MakeMyTrip Platinum Credit Card
This takes HSBC platinum base reward rate to 1.33% (2 Reward points per 150)
Membership Id Creation
I created Taj Inner Circle Membership Id from https://www.tajhotel...m/ - 16 Digit membership number
Reward redemption
Can be raised through Customer Care or App chat support, just have to mention that you want to convert the reward points to Taj Inner Circle points or redemption code and membership id - they will create a service request (sometimes they might ask for 11 digit account number but after the tata neu integration it has been updated to 16 digit membership number )
Handling charges for redemption of Reward points are NIL.

4007 - Classic, Gold, Platinum and Premier Credit Cards
4011 - MakeMyTrip Platinum Credit Card
Approx 2 working days for Service request processing and another 2 working days for the points to reflect in tata neu account

It takes three working days
I raised a fresh request on Thursday for 6k pts and gave them my Taj Innercircle membership iD
Points were deducted on Saturday
and on Monday, it got credited to my Tata Neu Account
Don't forget to take the SRN post request, it'll come in handy during follow-ups
Are those Taj vouchers that people get from amex cards also same as neucoins and can be used across tata apps? Or they are just for hotels?
Here incase of HSBC reward points are being converted to TIC points which is now Neu coins.
Amex doesn't have TIC points conversion instead has only direct vouchers.
Amex hotel transfer conversion are available only for Hilton and Marriot

My HSBC registered mobile no is different than from my TIC/Tata Neu accnt no?
Can i still redeem HSBC pts against TIC pts or Neu coins to my Tata Neu linked acct?
Another good option is krisflyer 1:1 ratio 40k Hsbc points will get you round trip from Mumbai business class to Singapore back & forth for 1person
Thanks for the information. CC is saying that system is not accepting 16 digit number stating account number is too long. Is anyone able to manage to redeem with 16 digit recently? If so please explain the process. TIA
Tell them it's membership id, not account number.

If it is first year, just check how much points u have accumulated or redeemed. Hsbc never give bonus points offers.

Please note that the contract/policies with Taj Inner Circle has expired on 30th April,2023 and as of now the requests for the reward points redemption to convert to Taj Inner Circle cannot be processed till the contact renewal. Request you to use the points for any other vouchers from our website.
HSBC DOES NOT SUPPORT TAJ INNER CIRCLE ANYMORE....I HAVE CONVERTED MY POINTS BEFORE AND IT WAS A GOOD DEAL .

I see only British Airways Executive Club with 1 Reward Point = 1 Avios Mile as 1:1 option. Not sure how much can be extracted from these avios miles though.
All others are 2:1 and voucher redemption would be better option.
I talked to customer care today. They told that it's resumed now,but when they took request it didn't processed. So I think we have to wait some more time. If anyone successful, please update here.
