better leverage? you mean to get more credit limit? or how you define the term better leverage in your case? i am curious:)

if your credit score is in the gutters then only go for secured cc as beggars cannot be choosers.
wow is only good for 0% forx fee but only 1x limit, they do hard enquiry on cibil & have instances of refusal but thats expected of a scammy bank like idfc
