I have an electricity bill of more than ₹27000. Kindly suggest the best way to pay for it and receive max cb.
I have following cards:
1. SBI CB
2. Apay
3. ICICI Rubyx
4. HSBC CC

But I think there is a limit of around 15k for using amazon gift cards balance for utility bill payment

Just remembered we can get 5% in another way sam21500873
Solution : Get Axis Ace card
paying bills in google pay via axis ace to get 5% from Bills 
bhuvantapari... maybe you can apply for axis ace:)
Edit: ops only Rs.10,000 max bill possible now with Axis Ace (as Rs.500 is 5% cap)

For axis ace also max limit of cashback per billing cycle is only 500
