i have bought Flipkart first subscription thinking we can get better fast service ,but shocked with their late deliveries and worst support

with Flipkart first subscription they promised fast delivery if it is Flipkart cart advantage product , but only once in ten times they fulfilled it . And now their customer care is worse than ShopClues

Never had a problem with FF or Snapdeal Gold.
Amazon prime sucks
