I have paid excess amount to my Amazon icici credit card now can I withdraw my excess amount from ATM with my ICICI Credit card? Is there any charges if I withdraw cash from ATM?

Send mail to ICICI customer support and request for excess amount refund and attach account statement and maximum 2-3 days you will get refund. Yesterday I took 50K excess payment refund in my bank account.

Are you short on cash / funds and need the excess amount immediately? If not then it is best you simply use your ICICI card as you normally would. I have done it once too mistakenly and for 3-4 months I was getting a statement with no amount due and a negative balance. If you need the amount then contacting customer care / RM is the best option.
