I have purchased a 385 litre Samsung refrigerator from flipkart. 14 days ago it was delivered . Since then I'm calling them daily as refrigerator has cooling problem . 3 times engineer visited no solution. I want to go to consumer court. Please suggest .

Have you asked the seller (via Flipkart Customer Care E-mail) to replace the faulty machine? Who did you call? What did the engineers tell you after they were unable to repair it?
Not contacted flipkart . Contacted samsung customer support several times , everytime they are escalating. But no solution.

Try to escalate to bigger authorities in Flipkart and Samsung. Sometimes it works when escalation is done to state /regional level

They visited thrice. Always saying senior engineer will come.

My suggestion is to call Samsung support or if you taken extended warranty call them instead flipkart / amazon there support is big shit now, just you get frustration and time waste
Bro in consumer forum no specific documents needed as told by op only 14 days old refrigerator.
And 3 engineer visited home and no solution provided means faulty refrigerator sold by Flipkart and Samsung.
So just online complaint number and invoice is enough to lodge complaint in consumer forum.
You raise the issue with flipkart also and try to document and record what service engineer is telling. Also write a mail both to samsung and flipkart mentioning the fault and ask for replacement or return whatever suits you.
Going forward all replacement are from Brand Service Center. so before buying any product check if there is a service center.
In case, the Brand doesnt help, escalate to seller (FK/AZ) as it is their responsibility to make sure customers get the service post purchase
Samsung's service in India is atrocious!
Avoid this brand at all cost!! Now since you already purchase, file police and consumer complaints against flipkart seller (if they have not helped you with anything or they have no involvement policy like amazon now) and samsung.

Ask for a replacement from Samsung customer care by escalating it in Social media and National consumer helpline
