I ordered an AC with good discount on Flipkart and it showed shipped on 11th but Tracking ID was weird like FNPN000 which won't work on ekart website and tracking location is CentralHub_Alite_L_PAN2 even Flipkart is unsure what is location is about. It should have been delivered by 16th and now the status is not updated from seller or even Flipkart side.
It simply changed from delivering today to 16th like it was a thing in past. I called Flipkart again today and they said wait like 19th and I think it's only gonna get cancelled. I can't buy it again as the price difference is huge. Is there anything I can do this in this situation?
high chances it will be cancelled. (prior experiences with Flipkart). be prepared for cancellation. if delivered you can feel more happy else no issues as u already prepared urself for it.
If you’re a valuable and old customer they might offer you price difference in new and old order as refund in form of gift card or wallet balance.
Ask them for the price difference and stop fooling people
It's not Amazon, they won't do it I guess.
Flipkart will keep extending three more days everytime you call and ask them.

These type of issues are common with Flipkart. You are lucky that you are able to contact them. After 2-3 complaints they won't even provide option for call back. Only option will be email for which you won't get any reply.

Exactly same for me. Resolution is promised in T+3 days(but it's not) I got this for 40k but it's on no cost emi(I have paid the first installment already). What am I supposed to do if the product gets cancelled.

IMO tracking id may be genuine and shipped from ekart only . This happens when ID is generated using 2 couriers or you might have noticed similar issues in myntra tracking

Even after 12 days of placing order I haven't received the order. Not able to cancel it as well. 52k worth of iPhone stuck.
No money no phone no support. This is new Flipkart for you.
If I call customer care the timeline will be extended by 3 days without offering any solution.
No reply on Twitter or e-mails.
I will be happy to get my money back even if I lose on deal

Should I go with third party better stand (for eg croma ) or prefer the stand they provide ?
@purval6300 @daughter they bought some substandard stand which they said will cost 1000 rs. Instead of that go for croma stand which is thick and sturdy , cost is around 600 rs. They will charge 250 rs for using your stand and 1416 rs for standard installation including GST. So it will be 1666 rs + stand.
Mine was delivered today. As per exchange deal someone was supposed to come and uninstall the old AC before pickup from Flipkart but no one showed up. Eventually I had to cancel the exchange and had to pay the price difference. Now stuck with the old ac with no use.
Received the call from the installation guy. He mentioned 900 for the stand and 1416 for installation. Also asked me to check if copper pipes and wires are present in the ODU box, which weren't.
The seller didn't send them so will have to pay from my pocket and get it reimbursed by Flipkart.
Can see the croma stand for 600₹ on the croma website but checked in the store as delivery was late. They gave me service center info.

Sometimes ecommerce company send multiple orders from one warehouse to your nearest warehouse using transport LTL method (Less than Truck load) and after reaching they handover to any courier who can deliver to your address. In this case tracking may gives incorrect results
