many people trolled me ,I dont care
my basic amount was around 60k.with penalty it was 82000
last yr I once called for settlement they offered 40000
now this I settled for 22k,I know I can settle for even 20% but I had pity on them and hence settling now

Going to court so that they have to pay less.
They are responsible for higher interest rates to responsible people who pays the dues.
Banks can reduce penalty but setting for less than loan amount?
