Standing instructions are charged for auto payment option activated on any service with that card.. So, as @LORDofTheDRINKS told, go to net banking and see which services are enabled for auto payment and remove any service which you don't need..

Signed up for something like Netflix or other payment plans for something else? if no then Just remove that from the net banking as prr instructions and you are good to go. More power to you.
