icici 3 credit cards spend Reached 13 Lacs in 9 months

Hi Dimers my Icici credit card(3 cards combined) Spends reached 13lacs(wallet loads using amazon pay card, shoppings, gift cards, some money rotation using rupay card ) from april 2023 to January 2024
May i get IT notice for this...!?
Im a govt salarid employee getting 5 lac annual income and im filing my IT from last 3 years..
What happens next any suggestions...!?
Help me to prepare my self for this...!?

You will get the notice, 10l spends is for all cards from a bank. Refer other articles to get answer for the notice

Either by reaching to customer care or adding all the purchases using each month's statement.

don't worry, just stop spending on ICICI cards till march end by shifting your spends to any other bank cards. After march 31st you can start using again upto 10L on safer side. Just merely on one card spending crossing 10L by few lakhs, department will not take any action.

The notice is for how you paid for it with 5L income. If you have an answer for that, like from your savings or your spouse or parents footed the bill. There is no problem.

Being govt employee, it would be wise not to dabble in money rotation, if you do.
