Hi All,
I noticed that all Amazon transactions are getting captured only at 1% and not 5%. I believe this changed had happened on September 10th. Did anyone noticed it ?

What happened on 10th September? Some policy change announced by Amazon or ICICI?

I just checked my rewards poonts and it looks fine… ~5% from Amazon.

The rewards cant be seen before bill generation. How are you seeing this?

Yes. 1 reward point = 1 rs.
Looks like they have devalued or wrongly calculating the RP ration from 10 th september as 1%. Even this month also before sep 10 transactions showing RP ratio of 5%. After that only 1%. Seriously shit move from amazon. With out informing the customers how the hell they changed the TnC?
Where are you checking these reward points? Imobile app only shows last month’s points.
Why can’t you ask from ICICI CC or amazon CC

For a transaction of 60, i have 2 points. What’s the calculation here.

Guys Guys. Its not exactly like september 10th.. In some cases from september 11 or 12 its devalued. So check your last transactions in and around september 10 to get exact picture. CC is saying its still 5% RP only. So hoping it gets resolved when the statement generated.
Hey….I did a txn on Amazon of rs. 57 on Sept 14 for which I got only 1RP…I am prime member so it should be 2.85=3RP
Yes something fishy with Amazon. This card will be useless if no 5%
Just contacted CC about this and they told me this happens only with some Amazon order and backend team working on it…he told me it’s not only my problem, many user faces this problem but they assured me that there is no change in Reward structure or any new T&C so don’t worry its just a technical issue which will be solved soon and also no loss in RP
It’s icici duty to inform us if there is any technical glitch. They just kept NUM for almost 8 days unless questioned .
Ok Just checked and had bought something after September 10th for Rs719 and recieved Rs7 for it. Getting only 1 percent even though i am prime member. I hope this is a temporary issue otherwise this card is useless.
Should we raise complaint with ICICI bank or Amazon?
Edit: Amazon customer care says that their is no change in the Amazon pay ICICI credit card terms and conditions pls contact the bank for rewards point clarifications.

Everything is ok with ICICI card… I have not faced any devalued in rewards for current bill…. Even though I am expecting less then 100points this month my got 400points ….

Yes as i said this is happening for all the transactions happened after sep10th. Also someone goofed up in the point system. Wierd is that it gives 1% on Amazon spends and 5% on other spends.
My 11 sept transaction tracked at 5%, but statement credit is not received yet

Icici cc asked to wait till the end of this week. It is a technical issue and will be corrected. I am seeing that the transactions done now on Amazon are getting tracked and 5% is being given but old transactions haven’t been updated.
@Roushh might be knowing something.
