ICICI auto debited Rs. 5550.67rs from account-FRAUD

I have been charged for rs 5550.67 via auto debit for some ICICI credit card ending 5413. I do not hold any credit card ending 5413. and i have no registered any autodebit facility for any of my credit cards
is this a fraud ? or anyone know what is issue?

Dumbers credited money to my other credit card and mentioned unknown credit card number which created confusion.
