It is basically LTF.
For getting instant discount people prefer applying for platinum or mmt platinum/signature which has a first year joining fee.
Mine credit card starter plan gives 1% cashback upto 100 on all retail spends. This plan is free.
Then comes 49 rupees plan (Max 200 cashback) and 149 plan (Max 750 cashback)
One can change their plan according to their needs.
49 and 149 rupees plan comes with spend based waiver also (10k and 20k respectively)
PS:-Basically what i mean is that this card can totally replace platinum and mmt platinum

But the option to change for the next month works flawlessly
How to get mine credit card
Call them and they will take a request
au lit provides same offer and lakh guna better in credit limit
But it can't provide icici instant bank discount

This is basically about getting a card just for instant discount,but with better rewards compared to platinum and mmt platinum

I did not even know this CC existed. The "5% cashback on Key Brands: Amazon Prime, Big Basket, BookMyShow, Gaana, Grofers, Inox, Ola, PVR, Swiggy, Zomato" capped at Rs 200/month for the PRO 49 plan looks pretty neat.
I have the ICICI Sapphiro LTF (due to long relationship and salary account) myself and an add-on card for my brother. I save at least Rs 600 every month through Complimentary Tickets (1+1) offer twice a month per card on BookMyShow alone assuming each ticket is at least Rs 150. Theoretically, I can save upto 2000 since the Complimentary Tickets offer works for tickets priced up to Rs 500. I do use it often for ICICI specific offers on other merchants (Amazon, Flipkart, PayTM and even Tata Neu). They also gave me a DragonPass for airport lounge access that I have yet to use though. The reward points ratio is not great but I have other cards to cover for that.
Why it can replace platinum credit card? Platinum card is lifetime free credit card
But it doesn't give any rewards along with instant discount whatsoever,does it ?
The starter plan(free) of this cc gives 1% upto 100 per month
I am being offered this card on Netbanking. But the ₹49 starter plan has no railway or airport lounge access which cards like Coral LTF or Rubyx LTF have.
However there is no restriction for getting a certain number of cards from icici
only LTF cards r better if offered

So other than Ola, paying 49/149 p.m. does not make any sense.
Amzpay CC & ICICI Platinum LTF is the best possible combination.
Coral seems best with IRCTC Lounge offer
By default they activate 49 plan and change of plan from imobile doesnt work/disappears in few days. Moreove, customer care is clueless in change of plan
