I took 25000 from sbicard via freecharge, where freecharge added the fee of 400 , it came to 25400, and another 200+gst charge in sbi card app for rent payment, so i paid 600+ for just 25000, is there any better way with minimum extra charges?

Pay with an HDFC Card, HDFC didn't charge for 1st transaction

No. On only rent payment it charges 1%
