I got a call from customer executive for issuing icici credit card and then she told me to send my consent as per below:
Dear Customer, we need consent to use your details for a Credit Bureau check on your ICICI Bank Credit Card application. To provide consent, SMS AST YES to 9222208888/9215676766. T&C apply.
After this she will continue my application and then send me a link for VKYC.
Is this valid process?
Process is valid, after sms she process after cibil enquiry. After enquiry she will confirm whether card is issued with or w/o income documents. Ask her what documents required, if you have documents then go ahead. Also confirm LTF and card variant before consent
No guarantee of approval. Just normal application process.
She said last month salary slip is required and yes it’s LTF, I confirmed twice.
So then I’ll proceed with it.
