Icici credit card customer email Needed

I applied under above campaigns. After VKYC, icici rejected without any email. Over the call they mentioned incorrect office address. They were one who filled the forms themselves. But customer care saying apply for normal sapphiro card , you will get it.
Can anyone please provide icici credit card email for better resolution?

In the Video KYC Did they ask for proof of qualification from designated institute?
Currently ICICI Sapphiro card is Lifetime free under Alumni scheme only
