ICICI HPCL Super Saver Credit Card not giving rewards

Can someone let me know whether they are getting reward points for ICICI HPCL Super Saver on HPCL Fuel purchases ? If so let me know how to get the RP.
I tried both POS and Hp Pay (using pay by paycode), still didnt get any rewards. Felt like the card is useless.

Generally gets credited automatically after the statement generation. Using directly on the ICICI POS at the fuel pump.

Is it rupay card ?
If yes, for rs 200, how many rp u r getting ?

I am using both visa and Rupay.
Visa works perfectly. But Rupay it's worst. Cashback, reward points, surcharge nothing will credit. I don't why they created Rupay . But they charge joining fee without delay and penalty
