For Android 13 for over a week now. No update available as well
Planning to open an account next month so decided to check it out and in my rooted A12 device running custom ROM no issue getting to the SIM binding section.
Did you try clearing cache?

Tried that and also uninstalling and reinstalling but still problem persist.

Hey I am also facing the same issue, When I try to open IMobile app just white screen appears and nothing happens. I have done everything clear cache of app , uninstalled and installed it again, restarted it again, but none of this worked. Please provide me a solution if you found one.

Please follow the steps the app will work properly
Go to Settings > Apps > Android System WebView > Uninstall Updates.
