icici imobile app not working since last 2 days

My icici imobile showing blank white screen when try to open it since last 2 days. Anyone else facing same issues and whats the solution?

Hey Guys, I just found the solution and it worked.
Please follow the steps the app will work properly


Go to Settings > Apps > Android System WebView > Uninstall Updates.

Solved: The app is not supporting the latest Web View Verison. Go to Settings > Apps > Android System WebView > Uninstall Updates. This type of problem should not be expected from a Banking app.

Search in Play Store and update if available.

If update not available, go to Settings> Apps>Imobile>Storage>clear data>Open app and login again

Same here.. showing white screen when trying to open.. cleared app cache/data, uninstalled/reinstalled.. nothing working.  I suppose I should contact my bank now, has anyone reached the bank yet for the concerned issue?

iMobile app new version 15.8 is live.

Hey I am also facing the same issue, When I try to open IMobile app just white screen appears and nothing happens.  I have done everything clear cache of app , uninstalled and installed it again, restarted it again, but none of this worked. Please provide me a solution if you found one.

Facing same issue since last 15 days...on my realme 9 pro plus after Android 13 update..

Tried uninstalling installing removing sim clearded cache and data....but nothing seems to work...

Even icici and realme customer care are unable to help in this matter even after numerous mails and calls

Facing same issue since December 15 2022...

Tried uninstalling installing removing sim each and every thing....

Even customer service is useless.

But today somehow I did manage to activate my app by my secondary sim data (in my case it's BSNL) you can try enabling data from your unregistered sim ( not registered on icici)... 


May be it also work for you guys
