ICICI not reporting to Experian

I got my ICICI Coral and Amazon Pay CCs in Sep. First bill generated in Sep. 2nd bill also generated in Oct but ICICI has not reported to Experian yet. Whereas it had reported both CCs to CIBIL after Bill generation in Sep.
Heard that ICICI reports to CIBIL once in 2 months. What about Experian?

No, it doesn't matter a lot except for very few banks. But I am just curious why is ICICI not reporting to Experian?
