Today I transferred Rs 3000 via Paytm to ICICI pockets .The transfer was done to pockets@10digitmobileno@icici.
The transaction was successful on Paytm end but the amount was not credited in pockets wallet.
Now Paytm is asking me to give a documented confirmation from the merchant so that they can raise an issue.
Can anybody help me to resolve this issue

Pockets support is the most pathetic one .They give same copy paste answer everytime.
Contact your bank to raise the issue.
In my case the savings bank account was of ICICI & I had reached grievance cell upto level 3 but they raised IMPS issue ,credit card issue instead of UPI issue itself.
Also, contacted
NPCI but they also asked me to contact the bank for an update

Check your pockets passbook & check if there is an entry of the above mentioned transaction.
Raise the issue by sending an email to pockets.icicibank.com

Yes, transaction statement generated on pockets app but UPI transaction number is not mentioned in the statement, only pockets transaction number showing.
Some people told me wait for 2 or 3 days, amount will auto refund to pocket wallet (they are also facing similar problem in pockets wallet).
I will wait till monday evening.

Why is ICICI running & promoting this pockets wallet, when their servers can’t handle it.
Never had any issue with payzapp wallet (HDFC Bank)

Yesterday i complaint on pockets app support through live chat,
Today, amount refunded to my icici pockets wallet, statement mentioned “Manually adjusted”.
Now i am thinking, Pahele he complaint kar dena chahiye tha. 😀

I contacted pockets app regarding my issue (already resolved by raising chargeback through bank) but I got same copy paste answers everytime.An executive named Vivek from pockets team was the most pathetic one

ok, i think you will get auto refund after 12 days.
I send money to pockets.<mobile number>@ icici and also got Rs50 cashback twice using this UPI ID.

If you are facing issues in loading Wallet via UPI you can use Netbanking or DC (not tested the latter). Eligible for rewards. I used NB when for a newly created account I encountered the “Risk threshold exceeded” error after the 1st 3k load as part of general UPI related restrictions.
Around 5 years ago, pockets was new then i guess, once i was travelling by train to my home town. I had to transfer money to my icici pockets account to recharge my phone or something because of offer. By mistake i transferred 100 rs to someone else’s pockets account instead of mine due to typo in mobile number. I came to know then i called the person from railway station to return money . They didn’t understand it . I realised they don’t have pockets account so money was not credited to them. Then i raised this issue with icici bank and follow up in twitter. Guess what the icici team are still solving this case.
I’m facing weird issue with pockets. My number registered earlier with pockets was declined and linked to Amazon pay icici credit card which I recently received. They say a same number can’t be registered for both pockets and icici credit card. This is really confusing. Anybody faced similar issue?

Bro exactly same happened with me 3 times on yesterday... amount debited from pockets wallets but not credited in account, it was showing "Trasaction intiated"
What should I do now?

Same thing happened with me ."Transaction initiated " is mentioned in the pop up but amount not credited to beneficiary .

I had also received same e-mail, I think we should wait till 7 working days & Saturday non working day so maybe we will receive refund Monday.

Same thing happened with me 2 months ago & I had to raise a query at icici grievance cell to resolve it .The amount was refunded after 14 days.

My amount is stucked in pockets wallet but the customer support is denying to lodge a complaint .They are just giving a new timeline everytine .

Share your UPI transaction number and amount.
They told me we will contact you through email, next day i got refund in my pockets wallet and pockets statement showing manually amount credited.
