Today they again deducted balance from my pockets wallet account. I had already withdrawn, so now it's in negative. No idea what is going on.

Paytm had mentioned 1.5% charge for loading Wallet via Netbanking from 1st January. Are you not seeing any charges?

Are you seeing 1.5% charges on paytm wallet load via netbanking ? I am not seeing any charges ,as of now .May be Paytm is levying  charges to specific account

I had checked on 1st January and didn't see any charge. I didn't go through with it though. I will use APB to move out money from Pockets Wallet accounts.

Thanks for the prompt reply . May I ask what is APB ? Are there methods other than Paytm through which we can move pockets wallet balance ?

Airtel Payments Bank account. I don't know of any other method where the Wallet balance can be moved directly to a bank account. You can use Wallet balance via Cred for CC bill payments. In case of Paytm one can also use UPI for moving out Wallet balance which remains free but it seems to only work if the mobile number is the same for both Paytm and Pockets.

Collect requests sent to @ pockets UPI  & @ icici UPI are not appearing within pockets app.

I have tried multiple times from different apps but none of the  UPI collect requests are appearing in POCKETS APP.

Anyone else facing this issue ?

MY ICICI POCKETS IS FULL KYC.
