ICICI Reward Points Not Credited

Guys,
Just got my ICICI Platinum statement and found zero reward points credited for the transactions. I have lodged a complaint and they have acknowledged the error and raised a SR which will take 6 working days to resolve. Hope you guys don't have the same issue

Send email to [email protected] from registered email ID with last 4 digits of card number and a screenshot from the credit card statement. They will reply with SR number within 1-2 days.
