I want to close ICICI Platinum CC, before closing Customer support is saying to redeem rewards points. I have another Rubyx CC linked to the same platinum CC. The exact same rewards points are shown on Platinum as well as on Rubyx. So Will I be able to redeem these points later after closure of Platinum or it will get lapsed with it's closure.

All the non Co branded icici cards share the same accounts, for credit and for rewards. You can safely close the platinum card if you keep the ruby one active.
