I have booked tickets on Jan 13th using my icici sapphiro amex card on BMS , It mentioned that cashback will be credited in 60 days but it's still not credited. it's more than 80 days now, would it take this much time ? should I contact customer care on this ?

Ask customer care. Had same issue. Raised to them and they credited it manually.

You should have contacted cc when 60 days passed instead of waiting. Do contact them asap.
