I see icici sapphiro has 2 times per month BOGO offer, is it like 1 time for master card and 1 time for amex card ?
because I used BOGO on master card once ,but not able to use on that again.

AFAIK , It's one offer on each card
You will have to use the Amex card and you will get the amount credited as cashback when the statement is generated(Keep an eye on the same)
Just redeem the offer on BookMyShow using the card number & In case of Amex it will be credited as cashback reflecting in your statement
