Idbi bank denied to issue me Rupay platinum

IDBI Bank go mobile app does not get activated through net banking

also it requires the phone to have a password or pattern to access their app

Itna samjhaya Phir ja kar reply aaya ki mera complaint woh log accept kiya and next month November 2019 se SBI RuPay card pe offers aane start ho gaya.

HDFC & ICICI ka bhi bohot pahele aisa samjhana para tha. 😀

Today i check, IDBI added RuPay credit card on tata cliq offer. After enter IDBI RuPay credit card details payment will proceed without any error

but IDBI RuPay debit card still not added.

Yeh log adha kam karta ha aur adha kam nahi karta ha.

Only IDBI RuPay CC & LIC IDBI RuPay CC pe offer abhi apply ho raha, baki IDBI RuPay debit card pe ab bhi error aa raha.

Today went to IDBI Bank to find out about RuPay Platinum requirements. Basically you need Savings account MAB ₹50000 for them to issue RuPay Platinum or an FD of ₹5 lakh, then any amount in savings account will do. Basically they want total Relationship Value (TRV) of 5 lakh across savings and current accounts and FDs.

Would have opened an FD too except that their FD interest rates are nothing impressive, always on the lower side.

I guess you can withdraw those 50K from IDBI once the RuPay Platinum card is issued. Are there any charges then? The minimum balance must be quite low than 50K for IDBI. Anyone with more info?

Update: Looks like for this type of account, the MAB itself is 50K. Then we can't keep lower balance. My bad.

Bhai sahab they will deduct 150 Rs. plus Rs. 27 gst penalty every month you will gain Rs.100 through amazon offer total loss every month will be 77 rupees

Edit: Looks like we need to convert to or open PowerPlus account to get the card, will visit the branch and check.

IDBI Bank has revised FD rates. Special 700 days FD @ 7.25% and 8% for senior citizens although IndusInd is better at 7.50%. If you create a 5 lakh FD now in IDBI, you can get a RuPay Platinum DC and don't need to maintain 50K balance in PowerPlus savings account: https://www.idbibank.in/pdf/soc/HNIPowerPlusNov... If RuPay offer is renewed after March, would be the perfect time to open an account.

Another option seems to be Super Savings Plus account: core-Super-Savings-plus-account.pdf (idbibank.in). Has MAB requirement of ₹25K, not ₹50K and issues RuPay Platinum DC.
