Also, does anyone know how to refer someone for IDFC credit card ?
Yes, wallet loads still incl in reward program but hard to say for how long. I think referral link is same for bank acc & credit cards but wait for someone with experience to confirm.

They do these tactics to acquire customers, once they have decent enrollments they pull out these offers….between I got my card approved day before yesterday and here this news….How many times it happens? Most of the time I am late to the party 
5th april or 17th? 😛
may be next news is 10x down to 6x or 5x😞

Yes. Society maintenance also comes in the same category. They are simply declining these types of transactions this month and will allow with lower rewards rate from next month.

Paytm Load money using IDFC cc is considered under rewards as online transaction and offer 6x points?
are we allowed to load 4k using cc on Paytm? or is it something changed now?
No changes as of now for wallet load txns. Also one can load 4k on paytm wallet free of cost by using credit card only via tricks & not directly on paytm app.
When will the 10x be credited after doing a txn above 20k?
Does IDFC CArd Rent Pay via paytm will fetch 10x RP for 40k bill payment ?
As stated in IDFC website RP devaluation will be from 17 april for rent payments.
P.S. I got the card on 1st apr and my billing date is 24th of every month.
Not sure as 10x points are credited in generated statement & in your case its date is 24th but it may be possible that idfc system won’t give 10x points for any rent payment in any statement generated after 17th.
