They are not converting your card into platinum, they are saying if you reissue card you will get platinum card, most banks give platinum for 25k mab.
Current cards will stay as VISA Signature only.

Is there any charge on idfc first bank ATM card have 25k mab signature card old user since October 2021 maybe ? ATM withdrawal? As per I know it is free and unlimited . But I call today cc said Per day 10 transaction free at home atm mean idfc atm . And free 8 at other bank atm . But
Max 10 transaction free either case .
If anyone know it correctly then tell what is correct

Website says free, branch sales manager also said free and so far no charges deducted. But now useless for Amazon RuPay Platinum offer.
