Idfc debit card or RBL Signature for credit card bill payment

I need to pay around 6-8 lacs yearly credit card payment.
RBL signature gives around 2% from 2nd year and 1.xx in first year.
I have seen somewhere that idfc debit card that we get from 10000rs minimum balance account, gives 1.9% cashback if we pay a bill of more than 50000rs. Can anyone explain the process in detail right from starting on which account to open.
And is there any chance that this offer will be rolled back or devalued?

use your idfc debit card for paying cc bills via sbiunipay portal. Regarding RBL card, after change in t & c, we can't say.

As far as I know idfc debit card doesn't give reward points for cc bill payment.
