Bank wala pagal ho gya ha service charges kat ta samay inha retail or corporate nhi dikhta sabka yahi haal haa loopholes ha to thik karo threat kyo da rha hoon, bhai account closed kardoo inka tabhi sudhrenga

Hi, I work at IDFC FIRST Bank. I brought this to the attention of our senior management. They said this should never have been done by the concerned official, we don’t support this and asked the concerned division to immediately rectify this. There were only 272 customers for whom this communication was sent. Reward points for all 272 customers will continue to be active. We are building a world class bank based, and ethical banking is our foundation stone. Purging past earned rewards points is not fair according to us. We sincerely apologize and thank you once again for bringing this to our notice.
