IDFC First Wealth lounge devalued?

Just got upgraded to first wealth. Idfc seems to have removed international lounge and spa access on the card. Not visible on the dreamfolks portal and not mentioned in the benefits section of the card. Anyone have any info?

Domestic lounge, international lounge and domestic spa 2 access each per quarter.

Are you able to see it on the dreamfolks portal? It only shows domestic and railway lounge.

IDFC Wealth got downgraded recently maybe thats why hmmm not sure
