As mentioned in previous post , I was abble to apply for IDFC Select Credit Card,But now after applying Igot Application rejected mail.
Is there anyone Else who faced Some issue. ?
In sms It's written due to Bank's Internal policies.

I have ~ 3-4month Saving Account with MAB >2 LaC Since account opening (for Jan Feb mab ~11 lac)

It might Be Pincode Issue.
Now I agree, why to give limit and Card Variant if all in the end is have to reject only
Its unsecured loan, so they have to be careful!
Its a bug(using link directly) I guess which led to issuing card and later rejection
pincode is the culprit…you should wait some more months as they are expanding it slowly..
In that case they already have my pincode, and in my city they even have their branch too.
And also why they showed eligible then .
I know i have pincode issue but same was with icici but once they gave pre approved offer they delivered the card .
Same thing happened with me, holding savings account since last 1.5 year, maintaining monthly balance of more than 1 lkh, got pre-approved credit card offer 3 days back, but it is rejected, also my cibil is 778, don’t know what happened.. even my pincode is serviceable
Also having idfc easyemi card with balance of 98000 and one card powered by them
I strongly suggest you to enquire I detail..why to give bogus offer if not going to honour it
I got this SMS from IDFC. any idea what does this means: pre-approved OR normal sms ?
SMS: “Your spends should not come with a limit. Enjoy a high credit limit of Rs.XXX with life time free IDFC FIRST Bank Wealth Credit Card”
note: limit was ‘XXX’ only in the sms, i did not masked.

i have received an email for first select card, and got credit limit around 5 lakhs. At least for me application process is smooth and no cibil hard enquiry .

Yes Bank did similar thing to me. Called saying pre-approved and then rejected. Should I pursue with them too?
I am 100% sure my location is serviceable and cibil is 764.
