IDFC rejected the pre approved (seemed before) credit card application.

As mentioned in previous post , I was abble to apply for IDFC Select Credit Card,But now after applying Igot Application rejected mail.
Is there anyone Else who faced Some issue. ?
In sms It's written due to Bank's Internal policies.

bhai also got similar msg but for select variant, when you will enter your detail it will say no offer currently. this message has been sent by mistake as there is no credit limit, they must be doing bulk approval but this msg has gone before the approved list

If you are not able to see idfc giving pre approved offer and then rejecting what is this , we should praise idfc as best bank?
I already have many credit cards and my existing cards have good limits and better reward /cashback than idfc i dont apply cards even after getting too many preapproved credit card calls from yes bank indusind bank and kotak bank etc ,
I don’t even applied for idfc card, dimers posted the link before launch to show the interest before launch i just given my number, But idfc is sending sms like you are not eligible for as per our internal policy like sms is totally wrong and humiliating as i never applied for the card , they are mistreating those customers also whom they already shown preapproved credit card, before launch pin codes were serviceable and now not serviceable,

You are falling for it and then complaining and then self empathising after rejection.
The reason for all of that is lack of knowledge for the process, have you never saw the disclaimer that final decision of card issuance is at the sole discretion of the bank and it is what it is, you cannot cry that they showed you pre-approved or whatever. They are showing it to lure everyone but there is always terms and conditions to it which in every way is a commonsense.
Not particularly you but I’ve seen majority of people be like a shopkeeper having a board outside his shop that 500g gulab jamun free with a * and after going there you get to know that that there are some tncs and would you start bashing him asking you to provide that stuff just because he advertised???

It’s not the world best card , but see I have been icici rubyx as pre approved they delivered the card where I live , while before I was applying for it they were saying pincode issue is there.
In case of idfc I was given 1.68lac limit and later they deny the application , which type of bank will do that and before you judge my financials mab etc. I inform you I already have posted all the details .
If it was pincode issue or anything they should have called and emailed about the exact reason .
Just not some straightforward you are not meeting with our internal guideline.
This is bulletin considering I mostly keep high mab and they also have their branch (which is very few in whole country) in my city. And i live not more than 10km from their branch
And no we don't want all the free gulab jamuns , it them who decided to keep the card free . And regarding Whether we will enter into the shop pr not, see shopkeeper doesn't know who we are what we like etc. So he may lure customer.
But in this case we are already their customer and they know everything.
It's not that you give pre approved offer and then deny it without apologising for it that it might be system issue .
I don't know about others I can not trust a bank who play with their customers.
i have received an email for first select card, and got credit limit around 5 lakhs. At least for me application process is smooth and no cibil hard enquiry .

Yes Bank did similar thing to me. Called saying pre-approved and then rejected. Should I pursue with them too?
I am 100% sure my location is serviceable and cibil is 764.

My Badluck Bro..... I applied on 29 May (showing only monkeyback CC without any limit) but 1st June it's stated showing Money-back Cc with limit on Netbanking, app, WhatsApp and Recieved mail too from HDFC, I also confirmed with HDFC customer support....but still my application rejected..... I received pre-approved offer only in 3 Months..... I contacted HDFC CC regarding it but "internal processes 😏"
I think applied earlier so that time no pre-approved offer, pre-approved offer received after 2 days.
HDFC now offered many offers like 2.30L emi on DC, 20K flexipay, 6L loan but I want cc Only, 6 months will be completed on 29 November, waiting Pre-approved offer on December month..... Today I am going to convert my account in salary account.

I was getting emails/sms/calls for select card continuously for 6 months or so. Then suddenly sent email for wealth card. Applied and got within few days. Now hearing they are giving wealth card to very few people. Take it if you get wealth card ltf. No harm.
