Bro,how much balance did u maintain in idfc savings acc to get IDFC wealth credit card?
Its always fluctuating.. but I think that time it was about 4-5L as I had taken loan for interiors and kept it in account for few months. Released to carpenter over 4-5 months based on the work done.

My Badluck Bro..... I applied on 29 May (showing only monkeyback CC without any limit)  but 1st June it's stated showing Money-back Cc with limit on Netbanking, app, WhatsApp and  Recieved mail too from HDFC, I also confirmed with HDFC customer support....but still my application rejected..... I received pre-approved offer only in 3 Months..... I contacted HDFC CC regarding it but "internal processes 😏"

I think applied earlier so that time no pre-approved offer, pre-approved offer received after 2 days.

HDFC now offered  many offers like 2.30L emi on DC, 20K flexipay, 6L loan but I want cc Only, 6 months will be completed on 29 November, waiting Pre-approved offer on December month..... Today I am going to convert my account in salary account.

Similar thing happened with me. I applied in May 2022 and got rejected. From July the pre-approved offers started. For pre-approved, you don't need to wait 6 months according to a post here I read somewhere on Desidime by some expert. Anyway I still waited till November and the upside of still waiting is they kept raising the limit. Initially was offered 1L, then 1.15, 1.33, 1.5, eventually settled at 1.88L when I got my Business MoneyBack :)

I was getting emails/sms/calls for select card continuously for 6 months or so. Then suddenly sent email for wealth card. Applied and got within few days. Now hearing they are giving wealth card to very few people. Take it if you get wealth card ltf. No harm.

I guess they won't give any offers if one already has a secured credit card with IDFC First, right? I have FDs of considerable amount in IDFC and Vishesh savings account (for RuPay benefit). Got invited for IDFC First WOW! CC which is FD-based. Took it even though FD-based because I felt it was a unique offering - global multicurrency forex card with 0% forex charges, Visa Infinite, complimentary roadside assistance, & 20% discount at 1500+ restaurants. They also gave credit limit at 100% of FD value & promised a step-up limit in a year. But at the back of the mind, I always wonder if I should have waited for unsecured CC offer - Millennia or Select. Do they have better benefits? The convenience fee of ₹99 for redeeming reward points really put me off.
