IDFC wealth account upgrade timeline and lounge access process

Hi,

I got an upgrade message from IDFC savings to wealth account and I applied right away (4 days back). I haven't got any email/sms since then if the upgradeis in process.

1. How much time does it take for the upgradeto happen and when can I expect the wealth Debit card?

2. How can I access airportlounge outside India with the debit card?

Yes, I upgrade through the link. But after that no confirmation SMS or email that it's in process so was not sure what's going on.But today in the app, it showed my accountas wealth so I guess it's in process.
