Additionally, at the moment, Paytm does not have gift cards available for redeeming cashback points. However, other gift cards such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc., are available where 1300 points equal to 10rs.

Very Good news I'm happy. Paytm was my go to app & still is but Paytm deserves the ban.
There is almost no support (only chatbot)
Agents are pretty rude if somehow you got tx to one of them after 15-20mins
Even when you complaint within 24hrs of wrong payment they didn't do anything.
Even after multiple rbi warning they didn't improvise there banking support system

Customer Support is deliberately hard to reach and always gives automated replies like bot than address our concerns...
Swiggy has a far better customer care than this!

im not going into politics/ the things they did to get a ban.
Their UPI handling is seamless and it is my goto UPI app since almost 3 years. with transaction success rate of 100% (atleast for me).
For once a time, paytm shown transaction failure but money debited
Since sbi is not sending alert fort every upi transaction, i didn't receive any sms
And again i did transaction of same amount and this time it's show successful
After sbi miss call system, i found 2 time amount debited and when i click to failed transaction, it show successful in Inside
That's is paytm. Further was not able to generate complaints
Also a time, paytm made a joke on phonepe after yesbank crisis
But ab to paytm ki @paytm ki watt lag gayi.....
Any changes in share holding pattern spotted in paytm??
Is FII percentage of investment same?

Switched to phonepe, as till now no news from.paytm about any integration with bank or for nodal account.
Not buying into shit still now...
For me, the minimum amount that I can exchange is for Rs 50 gift card(6500 points)
