Extremely bad heading.
Data is based on disputed cases in courts. Not based on random (public) sample, hence this percentage can not be true for all of Gujarat. This data holds for only disputed cases in Gujarat courts.
A high failure rate simply means the contesting parent is resorting to legal route only after being highly confident, instead of being motivated by frivolous reasons.
Published of this article must face a class action suit.

Bhai, Stree favoring laws hai to wo to much bhi kar sakti hai. Funny and sad thing is, that the husband would still be required to pay alimony to a cheating wife even if he has 100% proof.
