In need of secondary sim with cheapest yearly cost

Hi I want to use a secondary sim mainly for purposes like using with e commerce websites, shops, olx etc where I dont want to provide my primary sim. I dont need data,call or sms offers of any kind, just have to be able to receive call and sms.
I am looking for a cheapest option ready to recharge yearly. My primary sim is Airtel postpaid and my location is Kerala. Kindly suggest some operator and plans if any of you guys are using it.
