Incorrect loan reflecting in cibil

Recently i was taking education loan and my father is my sponser. My loan was rejected saying there is defaulted loan on my father. Later i download cibil report and found that there is two wheeler loan taken from hdfc bank in 2013 and emi’s are not paid. The name, phone no, email of loan are not ours. Hdfc are not helping and i have reported to cibil also.
Any suggestions to resolve the issue?
Tip- check ur cibil score regularly and don’t rely on cibil reports from cred. Check from “trans union” as most banks are following this

Have u cleared recently? It tskes 45 days to reflect in cibil

CIBIL not in CRED; escalate it to nodal officer, do it on paper or email

same problem even I have applied for education loan I had taken loans in app named as mpokket already have cleared all the amount but in cibil score it’s showing as 4-5 active loans so manager told clear all the loans and submit the screen shot of that
it will take atleast 1-3months to show as repayed in my case
